As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll contribute to the cost estimation, cost & financial control and Contract & stakeholder management. You'll work closely with the senior team and inhouse team.

As a Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:

Cost Estimation

Tendering & Budgeting

Contract & Stakeholder Management

Cost Control & Financial Management

The successful Quantity Surveyor should have:

HNC or degree in Quantity Surveying

Experience in developments and construction

Experience in negotiating and pricing jobs
