Exciting opportunity for an experienced project quantity surveyor to join a growing and reputable London based principal contractor covering all forms of contract from construction management through to design and build. They work across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare and life science, hotel & leisure, heritage, education and rail. Any candidate will need to be comfortable as a project lead, and due to the variety of schemes they work on, be proficient with both JCT and NEC contracts.

• Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site, outlining frameworks and working through to completion and final accounts.
• Working independently as site No.1 and reporting into the commercial director.
• Managing Packages.
• Site Meetings.

• Proficient with both JCT and NEC contracts (essential).
• Main and sub-contractor background ideally.
• Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Up to £80,000 base salary package plus package (dependent on experience).
