We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a high-end residential swimming pool project in Sevenoaks, Kent – Starting in September.
Location:
Sevenoaks, Kent
Duration: 30 weeks

High-end residential swimming pool
Long-term work:
Available after this project for the right person
We’re looking for someone who is confident managing a site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining high standards of health & safety, and ensuring the project stays on programme and is delivered to an exceptional standard.
- Proven Site Management experience
- Experience in high-end residential construction or specialist projects
- Strong subcontractor and trade management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, organised approach
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS
This is a great opportunity to work on a prestigious residential project, with the potential for ongoing work beyond the initial 30-week contract
