Customer Support Advisor – Arc Management Systems
FM Conway is recruiting a Customer Support Advisor to be part of our in‑house Customer Care team. The role is permanent, full‑time, and based at our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.
Responsibilities- Manage and investigate enquiries from internal customers and the general public.
- Handle the communication of FM Conway compliments.
- Provide support to Sure Charge customers regarding charging issues and payments.
- Effectively follow up and monitor outstanding incidents to resolution and closure.
- Support administration of additional processes such as the Big Idea and Non‑Conformity Reporting (NCRs).
- Manage the Customer Care email inbox to ensure that complaints, enquiries and incidents are dealt with daily.
Team player with experience communicating via telephone, email, and face‑to‑face. Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with previous customer‑service experience. Strong customer focus, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
