Customer Services Advisor (£30,669 per annum, 12 month fixed-term contract)
Job RoleWe need people who enjoy communicating with others via phone, email, web or social media. You will be confident using the latest technology, able to problem‑solve, and willing to ‘go the extra mile’ for our customers. You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be committed to always doing the best for the customer. You need to be self‑motivated and able to thrive and maintain quality results in a busy environment.
Hours37 hours per week, 8:00 am to 16:30 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 am to 16:00 pm on Friday.
Role based in Sevenoaks Office. We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with full‑time colleagues basing themselves in the office twice a week.
