Salary: circa £28,500
Hours: 8am–5pm Monday – Friday
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
This fantastic, well‑established and extremely busy business is looking for a Client Support Advisor / Account Manager to meet ongoing requirements within the company.
This is a fast‑paced role; you must be able to multi‑task and communicate with clients via email and phone.
Full on‑the‑job training will be provided.
Responsibilities- Client service and returns processes
- Processing orders
- Booking and distributing goods
- Answering phone calls
- Resolving client queries
- Using courier portals to raise labels
You will ideally have worked within a distribution setting, have experience in a customer‑service / client‑service position, and demonstrate a strong ability to multi‑task and a hard‑working attitude.
