Experienced Customer Services Account Manager

My client, a well-established and successful manufacturing business, is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Account Manager to join their busy Customer Service/Internal Sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in B2B customer service/account management, ideally gained within a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment.

• - Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and building strong client relationships.
• - Processing customer enquiries, quotations and purchase orders.
• - Liaising with planning, production, engineering and sales teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• - Providing regular updates to customers regarding order progress and delivery schedules.
• - Coordinating customer feedback, complaints and returns.
• - Working with ERP/CRM systems to ensure accurate order processing.
• - Supporting the Customer Services Manager and deputising when required.

• - Previous experience in a Customer Services Account Manager or Senior Customer Service role.
• - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• - Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment.
• - Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• - Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
• - A proactive, customer-focused approach and excellent attention to detail.
