Netbox Recruitment is seeking a proactive Customer Services Assistant for a busy manufacturing firm in Edenbridge. This temporary, full-time role supports the Customer Service & Internal Sales team by handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and providing delivery updates while delivering excellent service throughout the customer journey.
You will work closely with colleagues to keep orders moving, coordinate information between departments and maintain accurate records.
