The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of our client in Sevenoaks for a Customer Service Assistant to join their busy and friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and providing excellent support in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service or administration experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided.

• Supporting customers with their orders and queries
• Processing customer orders using internal systems
• Booking and distributing orders to major retailers
• Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone
• Creating courier labels and ensuring order information is accurate
• Answering incoming calls and managing shared inboxes
• Processing customer requests through to completion
• Liaising with the warehouse, logistics, accounts, and wider customer service teams
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Experience with in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is beneficial
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage, but not essential

Permanent position

Monday to Friday - no weekends

Full training provided
