Architectural Technologist

Conrad Consulting is proud to be partnering with a well-established and dynamic architectural practice in Sevenoaks, Kent, as they look to bring an Architectural Technologist into their expanding team.
This practice has built a reputation for blending creative flair with technical precision, delivering standout architectural solutions across an impressive portfolio - predominantly within the large scale projects.
Revit runs throughout a large portion of the practice's project workload, and the team has been using it to a high standard for several years - giving them a real edge over competitors. Strong Revit experience on live projects would be ideal, though it isn't essential. AutoCAD proficiency, however, is a must. You'll be joining a collaborative, skilled team made up of Architects, Technologists, Technicians, and Part 1/2 Assistants.
What you'll bring:
 
* Degree qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent (HND/HNC)
 
* 3 + years' post-qualification UK experience, ideally within private practice
 
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
 
* Proficiency in Revit (highly desirable)
 
* Solid working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
 
* Experience on large scale projects
What's on offer:
A salary in the region of £32,500 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience), alongside genuine support and investment in your professional development, with a clear route to progress toward Senior/Associate level and a generous benefits package
