Edu Talent Group are recruiting an experienced Headteacher to lead a specialist education setting supporting pupils with additional needs. This senior leadership role focuses on driving high standards in education, wellbeing and safeguarding, while creating a positive, inclusive culture where pupils and staff can thrive. You will lead multi disciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

• Proven Headteacher or Head of School experience within a specialist or alternative provision setting
• Strong track record of improving quality of education and pastoral support
• Experience leading and developing multi disciplinary teams
• In depth understanding of safeguarding, SEND, SEMH and complex needs
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and independent school standards
• Experience managing performance, quality assurance and school improvement planning
• Confident working with families, local authorities and external agencies
• Strong financial and resource management capability
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to equality, inclusion and safeguarding best practice
