Job Summary: KS1 class teacher wanted for September, ideally in Year 1

We are looking to appoint a class teacher from September 2026. This will be in Key Stage 1 and can be full time or part time (working 3 days a week). Edenbridge Primary School is a fantastic school to start your teaching career, or to further develop it and move into middle leadership roles within the school or wider academy trust.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers. For experienced teachers, we offer subject specific training, access to NPQs and professional coaching to support wellbeing and workload.

Please note that, although this is a role listed to start in the new academic year, our INSET days are on 27th and 28th August and the successful candidate will be required to attend.

Set in the heart of Edenbridge town centre near Sevenoaks, Edenbridge Primary School is a two-form entry school, serving our busy community. In 2018, we were really excited to open a purpose-built EYFS block which will ensure we are able to give our youngest pupils a first class start to their primary schooling.
