• Full time Teaching Assistant needed for KS3 & 4 SEN support within a specialist school, Onsite training is provided, Permanent role /Term time only

• Specialist school with 120+ pupils on roll
  - Primary and secondary provision
• Awarded 'outstanding' in there last OFSTED inspection
• Pupils are offered a whole encompassing learning experience, every child has there own learning plan that supports then academically and emotionally
• Supportive and valued team and senior leadership- long standing SLT
• Shared ethos of 'working together'
• SEN learners including Autism, Asperger's and associated conditions

• Modern resources and equipment including interactive whiteboards and ipads
• Superb and spacious classrooms and grounds
• There is lots of room for progression in the roles, from senior teaching assistant to skill development and other areas to branch into (therapies, inclusion support etc.)

• 3-12 Months experience in Education, Care or childcare, ideal candidates will be flexible, resilient and have a positive approach to supporting learners
• Relevant experience/Knowledge of UK settings (desirable)
• Eligibility to work in the UK

• Supporting KS3- KS4 learners on a 1:1, small group and classroom basis
• Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
