An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Engineering Graduate to join a dynamic and fast-paced motor sport environment based at Brands Hatch. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career in high-performance engineering, working alongside experienced professionals in a cutting-edge setting.
You will gain hands-on experience supporting engineering projects, contributing to performance improvements, and working within a team dedicated to precision, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Support the engineering team in day-to-day motor sport operations
- Assist with data analysis and performance reporting
- Contribute to vehicle preparation, testing, and development
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Assist with problem-solving and fault diagnosis
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance objectives are met
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering or similar
- Strong interest in motor sport and high-performance vehicles
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD knowledge desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous internship, placement, or hands-on experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Salary up to 30,000
