This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficient processes, achieving operational excellence, and driving strategic business objectives. Responsibilities include managing teams across various departments, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, developing growth strategies, budgeting, and implementing operational improvements. The role also involves fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
Qualifications- Leadership and management skills, including the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and manage organizational objectives effectively.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills to develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Extensive understanding of manufacturing operations, including experience in production management, quality assurance, and process improvement.
- Technical expertise in drivetrain systems, CNC machining, gear cutting, and mechanical precision engineering is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Experience in compliance management, particularly with ISO
9001 standards, is a significant advantage.
