Paraplanner
Kent, hybrid work (minimum of 2daysin the office)
£35,000 – £55,000

Our client is an established

Wealth Management practice based in Kent, offering expert advice on pensions, investments, and broader financial planning.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner (open on level of experience) looking to further develop their technical knowledge within a supportive, sociable, and collaborative team. You’ll benefit from full administrative support and clear communication channels between Paraplanning and Advisory teams, enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality, compliant, and client-focused work.

  • Prepare detailed suitability reports and technical research for advisers.
  • Support advisers in delivering tailored investment and pension recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough product research and fund analysis.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the Paraplanning function.

  • Hybrid working:
    In on Monday and then one other day minimum

    8.30am to 5pm

To be considered for this Paraplanning position:

  • Proven experience in a Paraplanning or similar technical support role within financial planning.
  • Strong working knowledge of pensions and investment products.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or close to) - CII/CISI/LIBF
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
