Senior Care Assistant – (Days) Westbank Care Home, 64 Sevenoaks Road, Borough Green, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN15 8AP

• Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
• Providing personal care, social support and making impactful and heartwarming memories.
• Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform “Nourish”.
• Working within a committed team.
• Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
• Supervising, guiding and supporting a group of care assistants.
• Assisting in the planning and monitoring of resident care.
• Assisting with care assistant induction programme and Core Training Programme.
• Performing other ad‑hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.

• Must have previous senior care experience.
• NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care obtained.
• Enthusiastic about providing care.
• Great values and compassion for supporting people.
• Can work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion for the work you do.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
• Engages well with people we support in their continuing interests and supporting positive experiences.

• Day shifts.
• 33 hours per week, inclusive of weekend work (bank hours also on offer).
• Working hours:
  
  8am–8pm shifts.
• Hourly rate: £13.06 per hour.
• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata for part‑time).
