Akita is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our award-winning Service Desk team in the UK. You will own complex issues, resolve escalated incidents, and work across Microsoft 365, Entra , and endpoint management while supporting clients on-site as needed.
You will mentor Tier 1 engineers, contribute to documentation, and propose system improvements to enhance service delivery and client success.
