• Salary: Basic salary up to £45,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
• Team & Company Bonus: Rewarding, collective team and company bonus scheme allowing you to easily earn an extra £400 per month, pushing your realistic OTE to £50,000.

• Carrying out high-quality servicing, routine maintenance, and mechanical rebuilds across a vast mix of classic and modern 4x4 vehicles.
• Utilizing specialist diagnostic equipment to accurately fault-find complex electrical and mechanical issues.
• Conducting official MOT tests and vehicle health checks, ensuring safety and precision.
• Approaching bespoke mechanical challenges on classic 4x4 systems with a calm, methodical, problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborating with a close-knit, expert team to keep workshop efficiency high and customer satisfaction flawless.
