The Payload

• Elite Basic Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year (fully open and negotiable based on your technical experience).
• Monthly Bonus: An achievable, stress-free monthly bonus of around £500 to comfortably take your earnings up to £55,000 OTE

• Hours: Monday – Friday only.
  Strictly no weekend work!
• Holiday: 20 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (28 days total leave per year).

• Major Mechanical Work: Handling complex "heavy" repairs including engine rebuilds, clutches, cambelts, and timing chains.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Using the latest software to dive deep into complex electrical faults and mechanical puzzles.
• Multi-Make Specialism: Working on a massive variety of vehicles, from daily drivers to prestige models, ensuring no two days are ever the same.
• Quality First: We prioritize a clean, "right first time" fix over frantic speed, giving you the time and space to do the job properly.

• Qualifications: Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is preferred, but your real-world all-round capability is what matters most).
• Technical Skill: Strong all-round mechanical competence—you are a professional who isn't afraid of the "big jobs" and enjoys working on complex diagnostics.
• Standards: A team player who takes real pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys sharing knowledge with other top techs, and maintains a meticulous eye for detail.
• A full UK driving licence.
