We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Regional Property and Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for our hotels in the South of England including the Channel Islands. The role will work in collaboration with the Hotel Maintenance Managers, Cluster Maintenance Managers, hotel leadership teams and the asset team to ensure alignment on operational priorities, statutory obligations, planned work and longer‑term asset strategy.
The role of Regional Property and Maintenance Manager will act proactively to maintain the fabric, services, grounds and facilities of all hotels to the highest standard of quality, safety and presentation, consistent with the overall business strategy.
The role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands‑on technical leadership, working closely with hotel General Managers, Maintenance Managers, departmental heads, support teams and the UK-based Asset Team. The Regional Property & Maintenance Manager will drive consistency of standards across the portfolio, support the delivery of planned preventative maintenance programmes, oversee statutory compliance, and ensure that property‑related risks, defects and capital requirements are identified, prioritised and effectively managed.
Acting as a key point of contact between the hotels, senior operations teams and the Asset Team, the Regional Property & Maintenance Manager will be accountable for setting, monitoring and supporting the delivery of property and maintenance objectives across all sites. This includes ensuring that maintenance teams are operating effectively, budgets are controlled, contractor performance is managed, and property improvement plans are implemented in line with company priorities and commercial objectives.
- At least 5 years experience in a Maintenance Manager role working within a luxury hotel brand.
- Ability to review and submit regular property reports across the portfolio, highlighting key performance indicators, compliance status, ongoing maintenance issues, risk areas, project updates and planned capital works.
- Strong leadership, communication, technical knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to support a professional, commercial and effective property management service through the application of sound maintenance practice, company procedures, statutory requirements and asset management principles.
- Ability to travel frequently, including regular travel to the Channel Islands, to conduct site visits, support hotel teams, review property standards, oversee maintenance activity and provide guidance on projects, compliance matters and emergency issues.
