Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary (plus performance bonuses)

Location: Edenbridge Area (Free secure parking)

Hours: Monday – Friday only.

• Core Mechanical Work: Building confidence on full brake overhauls, steering geometry, and suspension repairs.
• Introduction to Diagnostics: Learning to use modern multi-make diagnostic platforms to read codes and trace faults.
• Heavy Repair Support: Gaining hands-on experience with timing chains, clutches, and belt replacements under senior guidance.
• Servicing: Carrying out high-standard scheduled maintenance and vehicle safety health checks.

• Around 2 years of professional workshop experience (independent, fast-fit, or main dealer).
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• A reliable team player hungry to step away from basic tire-fitting and level up.
• A full UK driving licence.
