Hill McGlynn Recruitment is pleased to be working with a well-established M&E subcontractor to recruit an experienced Repairs Planner / Maintenance Coordinator, based out of their Bromley office.

Our client specialises in delivering reactive maintenance works, supporting a range of contracts and clients. This is a key office-based role, ideal for someone with strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.

The Role
As a Repairs Planner / Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating reactive maintenance jobs from start to finish, ensuring works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

Logging and scheduling reactive maintenance works
Coordinating engineers and subcontractors
Managing job progress and ensuring SLA compliance
Liaising with clients, engineers, and suppliers
Raising and tracking works orders
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Handling client queries and resolving issues promptly About You

Previous experience in a repairs planning, maintenance coordination, or scheduling role
Background within M&E, building services, or facilities maintenance is highly desirable
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident communicator with good customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced reactive environment
Competent with IT systems and scheduling software What's on Offer
