CV Screen is recruiting for a Head of Marketing to join a well-established and growing B2B organisation, based near Sevenoaks. This is a pivotal strategic and operational leadership role focused on driving performance, brand visibility, and qualified leads through a data-driven and commercially focused marketing function. You'll play a key role in shaping the marketing strategy, leading on planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns, while managing external partners and building internal capability.

You'll also work closely with commercial teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and revenue growth.

This role would suit a commercially minded and analytically driven marketing leader, confident managing both strategy and execution, with strong experience using Salesforce and its digital marketing suite. DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Own and evolve the marketing strategy to support business growth.
• Oversee brand consistency and internal/external marketing assets.
• Drive lead generation and marketing-attributed revenue.
• Implement structured performance reporting and insights.
• Manage data, segmentation, and compliance across systems.
• Lead and develop internal and external marketing resources.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong experience using Salesforce and its digital marketing suite.
• Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role.
• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and performance metrics.
• Experience managing marketing teams and external partners.
• Confident working cross-functionally with sales and leadership teams.
• Commercially focused with a clear understanding of lead generation and ROI.

LOCATION:

The role is located near Sevenoaks – Hybrid working available. Commutable from Ashford, Tunbridge Wells, Hastings, Maidstone and surrounding areas.
