Salary: £30,400 – £34,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday – Saturday between 07:30 and 20:30 (rota basis)

We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Sevenoaks Medical Centre. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care, ensuring every patient receives a safe, professional, and personalised experience. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care while supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality, individualised patient care within the outpatient department.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of patient safety, privacy and confidentiality.
- Support, mentor, and act as a role model for junior team members, promoting a positive learning environment.
- Champion infection prevention, clinical governance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver an exceptional patient and visitor experience.
- Registered Nurse with post-registration clinical experience in the relevant specialty.
- Knowledge of clinical governance and evidence of continuing professional development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-focused, compassionate approach and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Postgraduate qualification in the relevant specialty or mentorship qualification.
- Knowledge of current nursing developments and experience managing challenging situations.
