As a Chef de Partie
, you’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining and improving food quality across all areas of the kitchen. You’ll also mentor junior chefs and support daily kitchen operations.

• Review and plan the day’s menu with the Head Chef or Junior Sous Chef each morning
• Supervise and assist with food prep and mise-en-place for lunch and dinner service
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Coach and support Junior Chefs and Commis Chefs
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Head Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or senior management

• GCSEs or equivalent
• Level 2 Food Safety in Catering or Level 2 Food Preparation
• Minimum 1 year experience as a chef (CDP or strong Commis Chef ready to step up)
• Previous experience in a branded hotel kitchen is highly desirable
• Passionate about fresh food, teamwork, and service excellence
