ellenor is seeking an Assistant Manager for our New Ash Green shop to work alongside the Shop Manager, lead staff and volunteers, and drive sales to meet targets. You will assist in recruitment, training, cash handling and volunteer management in a compassionate hospice setting.
We offer a pension scheme, employee assistance and generous annual leave, with NHS Pension transfer options available. This role is part-time, 22.5 hours weekly, based in New Ash Green.
