Sales Support Executive

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum

If you enjoy being the calm, reliable point of contact for customers-and you like turning enquiries into confident next steps-this could be your role.

• Act as the customer's internal point of contact, making sure requirements are met and orders are handled efficiently
• Handle incoming orders-process them and acknowledge them promptly
• Support pricing by organising information through the estimating team
• Liaise with planning to align production and delivery dates
• Issue critical path dates and communicate any changes to customers clearly and quickly
• Manage new projects and repeat orders from start to finish, keeping progress on track
• Support External Sales and Account Managers with internal administration
• Work closely with the QA team to address customer issues and keep customers updated during investigations
• Issue stock and order reports to customers

• A genuinely customer-focused approach, with confidence communicating with people at all levels
• Strong telephone manner and a professional, friendly presence
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise your workload
• Comfort working to tight deadlines and making decisions when it's busy
• Self-motivation, positivity, and plenty of drive
• Flexibility to meet customer demands across the working day
• Confidence using Microsoft and MIS systems, with an eagerness to learn and improve
