About

The Role Knight Frank is seeking an ambitious and driven Senior Sales Negotiator/Associate to join our successful Residential Sales team in Sevenoaks.

This role focuses on the sale of high quality residential property across Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas, typically ranging from £750,000 to £1.5m+. Working within a well established and highly regarded team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, winning instructions, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results across the office.

Key Responsibilities Business Development Generate new valuation opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building.

Win new instructions and increase market share across Sevenoaks and the surrounding area.

Maintain regular contact with existing clients, prospective vendors and local homeowners.

Develop business through referrals, recommendations and repeat clients.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Knight Frank network.

Lead local business development initiatives and represent Knight Frank within the community.

Sales & Negotiation Register and qualify prospective purchasers.

Match buyers with suitable properties and arrange viewings.

Conduct accompanied viewings to a high professional standard.

Negotiate offers and agree sales on the best possible terms for clients.

Prepare Memorandums of Sale and manage transactions through to exchange and completion.

Support and mentor colleagues within the office to drive performance and best practice.

Client Service Deliver an exceptional level of service throughout the sales process.

Provide vendors with regular feedback, market insight and strategic advice.

Build and maintain long term relationships with buyers, sellers and local contacts.

Maintain accurate records and activity updates using internal systems.
