We're looking for a passionate and motivated Care Supervisor to join our fabulous Sevenoaks team and play a key role in delivering outstanding care and support to people in their own homes.

This is an exciting, varied and rewarding role, combining time in the office with visits out in the community. You'll work closely with customers, their families and our care professionals, using your experience, judgement and leadership skills every day.

What you'll be doingAs a Care Supervisor, you'll work closely with our Registered Manager and care team. You'll:
- Meet new customers and get to know their care needs, preferences and what matters most to them.
- Complete risk assessments and put suitable support in place.
- Create care plans and review them regularly with customers and their families or representatives.
- Support and guide care professionals working in the community.
- Lead by example and help colleagues provide consistently high standards of care.
- Keep care records, training information and other required documentation up to date.
- Spot concerns or areas where colleagues may need more support or training and raise these with the Registered Manager.
- Build positive relationships with customers, families, care professionals and other professionals involved in their care.
You’ll already have experience working in care and understand what excellent support at home looks like.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in the care sector.
- Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or is currently working towards it.
- Communicates clearly and confidently.
- Is organised and comfortable managing different priorities.
- Understands safeguarding and good care practice.
- Can assess care needs, identify risks and use good judgement.
- Is approachable and enjoys helping care professionals do their best work.
- Cares about helping customers live safely and independently at home.
Your usual hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.
You'll also take part in our out-of-hours on-call rota, which runs seven days a week. Weekend cover is shared across the team and is usually around one weekend every 4-5 weeks.
When you cover an on-call weekend, you'll receive an additional £100 per day.
As you'll be visiting customers in the community, you must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a car you can use for work.
