Senior Front-End Developer

We have an opportunity for a Senior Front‑End Developer to join a rapidly scaling, digital platform. After doubling their user base in the last year, the company is looking for a technical specialist to take full ownership of the front‑end experience.

You will be joining a reinforced engineering team to bridge the gap between high‑end UI design and technical implementation. This is a role for a developer who is meticulous about the little details, page load times, modular architecture, and creating a seamless, user experience.

• Greater London / South East (on‑site parking available)
• Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
• £60,000 - £75,000

• Primary Stack:
  Expert‑level Vue.js, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Design‑Led:
  Collaborating with a specialised design team to deliver pixel‑perfect, high‑fidelity UI.
• Innovation:
  Building modular features for complex user permissions, gamification engines, and high‑traffic platform tools.
• Ecosystem:
  The platform uses a Laravel headless backend; while you aren’t expected to be a backend dev, an understanding of how to work within this ecosystem is a plus.
• Modern Workflow:
  Embracing AI‑assisted productivity tools (like Claude Code) to enhance output while maintaining strong manual reasoning and logic.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of commercial experience, ideally in a fast‑paced agency or product‑led environment.
• Frontend Mastery:
  Deep expertise in Vue.js and a solid grasp of modern HTML/CSS.
• Ownership: A proactive do‑er who takes responsibility for code quality and testing.
• Detail Oriented:
  Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for high‑performance web systems.

• Technical Ownership:
  You will be a senior voice for the front‑end, responsible for setting the quality bar and ensuring the UI is as robust as the backend.
• Focus on UI:
  With a 4‑person backend team and a dedicated design team, you can focus on what you do best: building incredible, high‑performance user interfaces.
• Scale and Innovation:
  You’ll be building features for a platform with a rapidly doubling user base, including international launches and complex gamification systems.
