Children’s Holiday Camp Manager

Join Munchkin Sports to manage a seasonal multi‑sport holiday camp during school breaks.

Salary: negotiable based on experience.

Location: South East London & Kent.
Office Base: Catford.
Contract: School Holiday Seasonal or Permanent (with additional term‑time work available).

Munchkin Sports is a leading provider of early‑years and youth sports in South East London, engaging more than 4,000 children weekly through PE lessons, wrap‑around care, after‑school clubs, weekend sports, birthday parties, and holiday camps.

About the Role

As Holiday Camp Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of one of our seasonal multi‑sport camps during school breaks.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage daily camp operations and schedules
  • Lead morning briefings and allocate staff responsibilities
  • Oversee delivery of fun, inclusive sports games and multi‑activity sessions
  • Support, guide and motivate coaching teams
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and partner venues
  • Maintain outstanding safeguarding, behaviour and welfare standards
  • Problem‑solve calmly and confidently
  • Ensure registers, sign‑in/out systems and safety checks are completed
  • Organise equipment and ensure venues are clean, tidy and well set up
  • Represent Munchkin Sports professionally at all times
Who We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing or supervising a children’s camp or activity programme
  • Preferably experience working with primary‑age children (3‑11)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and parent engagement
  • Confident decision‑maker with a proactive attitude
  • Reliable, organised and able to think on your feet
  • Positive, enthusiastic and committed to delivering brilliant experiences
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
