Warehouse Stores​/Logistics Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and growing operation supporting multiple store locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step or continue developing in a supervisory role.

You will play a key role in leading and supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. This is a hands-on position where you will lead by example, supporting your team while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety.

• Lead, support, and coordinate a team of Warehouse Operatives
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure workloads are managed effectively
• Oversee goods-in, ensuring deliveries are checked and logged accurately
• Maintain organised and efficient stock storage and inventory control
• Support picking, packing, and dispatch operations to meet deadlines
• Liaise with transport providers and resolve any dispatch issues
• Promote and enforce health & safety standards at all times
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

• Previous experience within a warehouse or logistics environment (essential)
• Supervisory or team leader experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes
• Confident leading, motivating, and supporting a team
• Good IT skills (WMS experience advantageous)
• Forklift licence desirable, but not essential

• A proactive, hands‑on approach
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A team player who can work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
