Warehouse Operative - Sevenoaks
Salary: Starting salary from 28,000 (additional qualifications and experience may attract higher pay)
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off, between 08:00-20:00 (occasional hours outside this window may be required)
Benefits: Company pension scheme, Private medical insurance, Extra month's salary bonus, 20 days holiday per year (plus statutory holidays)

If you are detail-oriented, physically fit, and eager to develop your skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you will be doing:
Picking orders accurately using Prophet software and hand scanners
Manual handling of palletised goods and unloading trucks
Operating ride-on pallet trucks and, with training, counter-balance forklifts
Completing loading administration tasks and maintaining accurate records
Operating waste and cardboard compactors
Assisting with general warehouse duties, including stock replenishment and housekeeping
Monitoring plant functions and reporting any issues
Ensuring all tasks are performed safely, following company policies

What you will bring:
Current ride-on pallet truck licence
Valid driving licence
Good numeracy skills and basic computer literacy (Windows)
Physically fit with good stamina
Willingness to learn forklift operation and other warehouse systems
A proactive attitude and attention to detail
