HGV Class 1 Driver
* Minimum 3 months experience on Class 1 is a must have*
Qualifications- Valid Class 1 / C+E license
- No more than 6 points (No DD’s, DR’s, TT’s or IN’s)
- Valid Tacho and CPC cards
- Perform a mixture of different contract work (store deliveries, trunking/collections)
- Pass assessment prior to starting
- Complete a 3‑day paid induction
Long‑term ongoing position with immediate start available.
Shift Pattern- Any 5 out of 7
- 4 on 4 off
- 5 on 2 off
- Sunday to Thursday
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Weekends only
- Days (start times between 03:00 – 08:00)
- Nights (start times 17:00 – 21:00)
- PAYE dynamic rates
- Weekdays £19 per hour
- Saturday £20 per hour
- Sunday £22 per hour
- OT after 48 hours weekly £22.50
- 8 hours guaranteed per day
