Freightserve recruitment are looking to recruit an Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Chertsey area. Purpose of the Job To join and assist a team that will consist of 4 people with exporting consignments to South America. Learning and understanding the requirements of overseas agents Working as a team predominantly and learning over a period of time to work independently on shipments Responsibilities Export customs clearance Arranging collections with Transport companies Arranging booking with Airlines Printing Airway bills Liaising over email with overseas agents

Skills and Qualifications Export Airfreight experience Familiar with Microsoft Exchange (Email) Good, confident telephone manner Good knowledge of Excel Excellent communication skills Team player Ability to think outside the box As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
