People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in Severn Beach

This role would suit candidates with experience as an FLT Driver, Counterbalance Driver, Forklift Driver, Forklift Truck Driver, Warehouse Operative, or FLT Operator
.

• 07:00 - 19:00

As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, your duties will include:

• Picking, checking, and building customer orders ready for dispatch
• Loading and unloading trailers using FLT equipment and manual handling techniques
• Moving, storing, and organising stock throughout the warehouse and yard
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory duties where required
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse and yard
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures and operational standards

To be successful as an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will need:

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Excellent attention to detail
• A strong understanding of health and safety procedures
• The ability to carry out manual handling duties
• Excellent communication skills
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
