We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers to join a well-established and reputable operation based in Severn Beach. This is an ongoing trunking role offering consistent work.
Job Details
Shift Pattern: 5 on / 3 off
Start Times:
Between 17:00 – 21:00 or 21:00 – 00:00 (No handballing)
Vehicle:
Curtain-sided trailers
Loads:
Palletised loads requiring secure strapping
Pay: £19.79 – £21.89 per hour Bonus scheme running from October 11th - January 3rd. £90 paid per week, for each week worked. £50 paid within the week, £40 banked and paid at the end of the scheme. This is dependant on absences, incidences and delivery performance.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ HGV Class 1 (C+E) experience
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card
Experience using curtain-sided trailers and securing palletised loads
Strong knowledge of UK driving laws and compliance
Professional, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
