HGV Class 2 Driver - Severn Beach People Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our well-established client based in Severn Beach on a full-time ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and long-term career prospects within a growing transport operation. This would suit applicants who have worked as an LGV Class 2 Driver , Category C Driver or Lorry Driver.

Rates of Pay: £17.13 per hour basic £25.69 per hour overtime Shift Pattern:

Your duties as an HGV Class 2 Driver are:
Driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently Completing up to 6 deliveries to stores across the UK each day Ensuring all loads are maintained at the correct temperature throughout the journey Safely unloading cages using a tail lift and delivering them into stores Taking photographs to document successful deliveries Completing all relevant paperwork and vehicle checks Essential

Skills:

The skills required to be an HGV Class 2 Driver are:
Minimum 12 months' experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver Valid UK Category C driving licence Valid CPC qualification Valid Digital Tachograph card No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences No DR10, DG10, IN10 or TT99 endorsements No major endorsements Strong customer service skills Good communication skills A professional and reliable approach to work Training:
