Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work in Avonmouth - Panattoni Park.

The rate of pay is:

• £13.50 per hour - Day shift (06:00 - 18:00)
• £15.53 per hour - Night shift (18:00 - 06:00)
• Overtime rate is £18 - £20.71 per hour

This is a full-time role working a fixed shift pattern of 3 on / 3 off of days and nights.

  – pick up times 05:15am, 16:56pm; returns 06:50am, 19:07pm

  – pick up times 05:23am, 17:12pm; returns 06:38am, 18:52pm
• Nine Tree Hill BS6 5RR
  – pick up times 05:25am, 17:15pm; returns 06:34am, 18:45pm
• Severn Road, Avonmouth – pick up times 05:50am, 17:50pm; returns 06:10am, 18:10pm

This role would not be suitable for students or part-time workers due to the shift requirements.

• Carry out a range of warehouse duties, including picking, packing, dispatching orders, and loading/unloading trailers
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Actively promote a safety-first culture across the warehouse – safety is one of our core values
• Support the smooth running of operations by taking on additional tasks as required

• A strong focus on safety and accuracy
• A positive and flexible approach to warehouse duties
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
