Skillful Steps ABA provides in-home ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team of BTs and BCBAs collaborate closely with each child and family to provide top-quality ABA services. We are looking for dedicated BTs/RBTs to join our team of professionals committed to improving the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with ASD.

$25.00/hr – $30.00/hr

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

• Minimum age 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Background check clearance required upon hiring
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges; ASD experience preferred
• Reliability:
