Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $32.00/hr

We are actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) at The Learning Tree ABA! Passionate about making a difference in lives of individuals with autism and related disorders? As a RBT you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote meaningful, lasting improvements in behavior.

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply.
• Have the ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.
