• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in‑home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Pay Range: $26 - $30 per hour
• Part‑time:
  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 2 pm–6 pm;
  Wednesday & Friday 10 am–2 pm;
  Saturday 10 am–2 pm
• Shifts:
  
  Flexible, based on availability
• Location:
  
  Hagerstown, MD (in‑home)

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
