• Location – Odenton, Maryland

• Graduate‑level licensure in Maryland (e.g., LGPC, LGSW, LGMFT, LGDAC, etc.) to provide mental health services.
• Supervision is provided in‑house for graduate‑level candidates.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions and social casework for residents.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to diagnose, formulate treatment plans, and evaluate progress.
• Provide social work treatment in alignment with medical treatment plans.
• Prepare socio‑psychiatric case history information and assessments.
• Ensure regulatory and billing compliance for all services delivered.
• Assist clients with medication monitoring, meal planning, and Activities of Daily Living.

• Pay Range: $66,836 – $74,856 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience.
• Other Compensation: Variable bonuses available based on company and individual performance.
• PTO: New employees accrue up to 96 hours in the first year (pro-rated). Up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated).
• Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year.
• Retirement: 403(b) plan with employer matching after 1,000 hours of service; discretionary employer contributions at least once a year.
