Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Divine Steps Therapy

Join us as an RBT at Divine Steps Therapy in Severn, MD. As a frontline provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disorders, implementing individualized intervention plans directed by qualified supervisors.

Base pay: $28.00/hr – $32.00/hr

We implement ABA therapy practices to help individuals with ASD thrive and live their best lives. Your role will involve providing one‑on‑one ABA therapy, documenting sessions, and participating in supervision and team meetings.

• Minimum age 18 years
• Background screening and clearance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Current RBT certification (BACB)

• Provide ABA therapy for children in home and community settings to improve behaviors and acquire new skills
• Follow specific protocols and implement individualized ABA programs as directed by a BCBA or qualified health professional
• Document client sessions by recording data, writing quality session notes, and inputting timesheets
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
