We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who values people for who they are and is excited to walk alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they engage in the activities they love and pursue their goals.

Saturday and Sunday 7 AM - 3 PM

You’llspend your daysassistingwith care to a group of people who enjoy:

• Relaxing at home
• Watching TV
• Participate 2xs a month in the community

This group is looking for someone who is kind, dependable, a good communicator, and most of all—someone who enjoys spending time with them. Ifyou’resomeone who takes joy in building real connections and being presentinthe moment,you’llthrive here.

• Provide full support with daily routines such astotal hygiene care, cooking, cleaning laundry housekeeping, transporting to and from dayprograms
  
  Drs. Appointments and medicationadministrationetc.
• Help promote independence
• Be patient and respectful in action and speaking
• Advocate for each person’s rights and help build their confidence and sense of self
• Keep clear, respectful records to ensure continuity of care and support

• Mustbe at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience and no more than 3 points
• Comfortable driving agency vehicles andassistingpeople who use wheelchairs
• Able tolift upto 75 pounds, stand forlong periods, and provide physicalassistancewhen needed
• Completion of Medication Technician Training Program (or willingness to complete)
