What You'll Do

• Manage 85% pre-set company appointments and self-generate 15% of your own leads
• Meet with homeowners to explain services, build rapport, and assess roofing needs
• Conduct thorough roof inspectionsincluding confidently climbing and descending ladders
• Provide accurate estimates and close deals with professionalism and transparency
• Maintain and update records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
• Deliver an exceptional sales experience that builds trust and long-term relationships

What You Bring

• Previous sales experience (roofing, construction, or home improvement is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to set up and climb a 32-ft ladder for rooftop inspections
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CRM proficiency and tech-savviness
• Self-motivation, confidence, and goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) Sales License
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and agree to random testing
