💰 Pay & Bonuses:

• Weekly Base Pay: $1,225 – $1,455 (before any bonuses)
• Base CPM + Tiered Pay Scale (experience-based)
• + $0.10 CPM while training
• + $0.04 CPM productivity bonus
• Bonuses after student milestones:
  • $500 after 10K safe miles
  • $300 after 20K safe miles
• Elite Mentor Rewards
  :
  After 6 students trained, earn $0.01 CPM for every mile they drive in their 1st solo year

🗓️ Mentor Program Structure:

• Runs average 11 days OTR (NOT 3–4 weeks out like other mentor roles)
• Students must drive minimum 5 hours per day — you can maximize the rest of the 14-hour clock
• Flexible breaks:
  Take a week off or run solo between students
• Paid Development Training: $850 completion pay + extra bonuses for student pickup/dispatch

📋 Requirements:

• CDL-A License (clean record required)
