Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct initial interviews to determine client needs and explain insurance options.
  • Perform field underwriting with integrity.
  • Ensure all medical and necessary forms are completed and submitted.
  • Arrange payment methods with applicants.
  • Follow up on filed claims.
  • Process policy requests.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients for support.
  • Support team members in achieving KPIs.
  • Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions.
  • Recruit and train insurance professionals following approved guidelines.
  • Maintain a competitive, inclusive, and fun environment.
  • Qualifications and Traits:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
    • Availability to start within 6 weeks
    • Previous leadership experience is a plus
    Compensation:

    USD $50,000 - USD $100,000 per year. Compensation is highly customizable and should be discussed directly with the onboarding manager.
