Service Appointment Coordinator. We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Service Appointment Coordinator to join our service team! In this role, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and their service experience. You’ll schedule appointments, answer questions, and follow up with customers after service visits to ensure total satisfaction. The right candidate will have a friendly, professional personality and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- $17/hour plus monthly performance bonus
- $500 Sign-On Bonus (paid in two installments: $250 after 30 days and $250 after 6 months)
- Potential hybrid work option after 60 days of employment, based on performance and requirements (details discussed during the interview).

- Assist customers with questions and maintenance recommendations
- Support the service team with scheduling efficiency and customer engagement
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word; dual-screen experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
